After getting my master's degree in economics and working as an economist for several years (incorporating a race and gender based lens into projects as much as possible), I discovered my desire to pursue social justice and advocacy more intently.
I returned to school to work towards a PhD in Communication and Media and expand my academic knowledge in crucial frameworks such as intersectional feminism and critical race theory.
Presently, I'm in the analysis stage of my dissertation and co-currently building my consultancy to offer education and coaching on equitable, anti-racist leadership in the corporate sphere.
